Life Lately

It’s been a little while since I’ve shared an update, and so much has been happening behind the scenes!

This first half of the year has been full of growth—welcoming so many new patients, bringing Dr. Kallie onto the team, adding RLT, and continuing to expand the care we offer. But I felt called to go even further.

For the past few months, my desk has looked a lot like this, as I’ve been working toward my Health & Wellness Coach Certification. This next step allows me to support women not just here in Tennessee, but from anywhere, whether in person or over Zoom.

My heart behind this? To reach more women and walk alongside them through every phase of life with the knowledge, tools, and support they deserve.

I’ve created several 3-month programs, each designed with intention:

• The Developing Female

• Your Foundation Years

• The Prime Transition

• Stronger Through the Shift

And for my mamas

• Ready to Receive

• Carrying with Care

This is just the beginning, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead. Stay tuned… so much more to come!

INTERESTED?

I’d love to connect and share more about how the program works, what’s included, and how it can support you on your journey. Whether you’re already curious about health coaching or not quite sure what it even means, this is a space for an open, no-pressure conversation to explore what might feel right for you.

If this resonates with you or if someone you know could truly benefit, I warmly invite you to reach out. Let’s chat and see how we can make this work for you.

Food for Thought

“Not knowing isn’t a weakness; it’s often the doorway to the guidance you’ve been needing.”

This feels especially fitting for this week’s newsletter. As a new emerging health coach, my role is to be a steady source of support you can truly trust. Not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as we uncover what your body needs and what truly works for you.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Asking for help, seeking clarity, and leaning on support in areas where you feel unsure is not only okay, but it’s powerful.

Let’s normalize not doing it all alone, and instead choosing support over confusion.
