Caring for women, babies & children has always been something I’ve wanted to do. It was a population I naturally felt drawn to long before opening my practice, but over the past year, as more and more prenatal and pediatric families have found their way to me, that passion has only grown stronger. In many ways, this population finding me has solidified what I’ve always felt - that this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

I have a deep passion for supporting women through pregnancy and the perinatal season, helping them feel comfortable and supported as their bodies change, and providing specific care throughout this important chapter. I also love caring for babies after birth and supporting their nervous systems as they grow, develop, and experience all of life’s transitions.

My goal is simple: to create a space where women and children feel safe, seen, listened to and genuinely cared for. I believe these early seasons of life matter deeply and I don’t take it lightly when a family trusts me with their care.

I am a Gonstead chiropractor, Webster Certified and an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My education began with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, followed by my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, where I immersed myself in Gonstead Chiropractic.

Today, I’m honored to care for women, mamas, babies and families at True Root Gonstead Chiropractic in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Outside the Office

When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me working out, reading, exploring a new coffee shop, spending time with family and friends or enjoying time with my fiancé, Hunter and our Boston Terrier, Hudson. I love staying active, slowing down when I can and simply enjoying the little things in life.
